The Social Network:
On a fall night in 2003, Harvard undergrad and computer programming genius Mark Zuckerberg sits down at his computer and heatedly begins working on a new idea. In a fury of blogging and programming, what begins in his dorm room soon becomes a global social network and a revolution in communication. A mere six years and 500 million friends later, Mark Zuckerberg is the youngest billionaire in history... but for this entrepreneur, success leads to both personal and legal complications.
Actors/Actresses:
Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg (AKA: The Technology God)
Andrew Garfield as Eduardo Saverin (AKA: The Best Friend who gets screwed over)
Rooney Mara (The Ex Who is the Inciting Force of Facebook)
Justin Timberlake as Sean Parker (AKA: The Lonely Asswipe Who Created Napster)
Brenda Song as Christy (AKA: The Whore Who Becomes Eduardo's Psycho Girlfriend)
Malese Jow as Alice (AKA: The Hoe Who Gave a Blowjob to the Maker of Facebook)
My personal Opinion: This movie would have been nothing, absolutely nothing, withou the brilliant screenplay of Aaron Sorkin. His wording of every character is exquisite, especially Mark himself, who is so perfectly portrayed as an exhausting, yet brilliant student, who is very confident, but also muted. The shades of gray in this movie are so easily hidden by the perfect subtlety of every member of this movie, the brilliance is stunning. From the first scene to the last, every moment is absolutely phenomenal. A must see.
